The pioneer in deep dyeing for
colored films, CPFilms employs the latest technology to provide the most comprehensive array of dyed films available utilizing both water and solvent based processes. CPFilms can match nearly any film color requirement and our dyed films can be metallized for more reflective brilliance.
Clearsil® from CPFilms is the clear choice for optically clear
release liners. Produced in environmentally controlled clean rooms, Clearsil offers the highest quality film release liners produced with the greatest level of cross web and run-to-run consistency.
CPFilms performs
sputter coating, a vacuum coating process that is unlike conventional metallizing. Sputter coating can be used on a greater variety of materials because of the lower temperatures at which this process operates.
Aluminum
Metalizing, or thermal evaporation, deposits a uniform aluminum coating on the film surface by evaporating aluminum wire onto a heated crucible in a vacuum chamber.

Developing Precise Solutions on Film™
Utilizing one or a combination of process technologies (solution coating and laminating, vacuum coating, deep dyeing), CPFilms has an extensive history of
custom product development. Offering R&D and pilot line capabilities, CPFilms can design specialty enhanced film products.
CPFilms applies
solution coatings (.1 to 3 mils, 1 to 75 gsm) including scratch resistant, optically clear pressure sensitive, adhesion promoting, and heat sealable onto various substrates. We also
laminate two or more substrates together with or without separate adhesive layers. All are coated up to 74" wide (1.9m) in environmentally controlled clean rooms.
